Java Talent Development Program
In response to the need for a significant number of Java developers for major system transformation projects, Cathay United Bank continued its Java Talent Development Program in 2024 given the strong outcomes of the previous two Java training cohorts, the program recruits job seekers with an interest in financial services and programming.
Cathay Seed Program(CSP)
CSP program collaborates with universities to bridge academia and industry, allowing students to gain early exposure to banking operations during their studies and deepen their understanding of banking roles. At the same time, CUB can identify outstanding talent in advance, assess interns' potential, and enhance their readiness and willingness to join CUB upon graduation through comprehensive practical training.
Cathay Internship Program(CIP)
To help students gain a deeper understanding of the financial industry, CUB focuses on professional training within banking departments, emphasizing practical experience to explore potential career paths. During the internship, participants engage in real internal projects, collaborate with other subsidiaries of the Group on activities, and interact with senior executives and experienced colleagues. Through these exchanges, interns not only expand their professional networks but also gain insights into the differences between academic knowledge and practical applications.
