1. 本行為提供更完善安全之影像傳送指示交易服務（下稱本服務），將自民國112年4月20日起全面採行「逐筆電話照會」方式，如前已約定本行無須進行交易照會或達一定金額以上之交易才須照會之方式，將不再適用。
2. 如您仍欲繼續使用本服務，請下載影像傳送指示交易變更/終止申請書，並新增授權照會人員，再將前開填載完整且有立約人簽章之申請書正本交予本行。

Dear Customers,

1. This is to inform you regarding the change made to transactions conducted by way of instructions sent via image transmission (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”). Effective on April 20, 2023, we will conduct phone confirmation for each transaction in an effort to enhance the security of the Service. In this regard, we will no longer accept the request to proceed with transactions without confirmation performed by us or to perform confirmation only on transactions exceeding certain limits.
2. If you would like to continue using the Service, please download and complete the Request for Alteration/Termination of Transactions Conducted by Way of Instructions Sent via Image Transmission. You are required to provide the information on newly authorized personnel, who will be capable of giving confirmation, and submit the original copy of the completed and signed application form.
