Work as part of the IT Infrastructure team to assist in the administration, support and monitor of the local IT infrastructure.
Assist in the Deployment and Maintenance of datacenter infrastructure in hosting and on-premises facilities, requires hands on efforts to work with physical servers, network devices, virtualization, VoIP, Firewall/IPS and storage arrays.
Maintain Systems and Network readiness with infrastructure monitoring and software/hardware upgrading.
Participate in Systems, Network and Application Security Testing, and projects including but not limited to infrastructure revamp, service monitoring, IT asset management and backup solution.
Ideal candidates are expected to possess:
Degree holder in Information Technology or related disciplines
At least 1 year's relevant working experience in IT Infrastructure and preferably in banking or financial services industry.
Technical knowledge and hands on experience in any of the following infrastructure domains: Network, VOIP, Windows, Unix/Linux, Virtualization, Database and Cybersecurity.
Recognized certificate holder (MCSE, CCNA, ITIL) is an advantage.
Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills, fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
