Drive / manage the delivery of projects and ensure that the project is delivered within the agreed timeline, level of quality and approved costs
Lead / facilitate project discussions, manage vendors, work with stakeholders to ensure project is delivered as agreed and is in compliance with the Bank’s and regulatory requirements and policies
Ensure all project artifacts and deliverables are well documented, project risks and open items are tracked, addressed and escalated on a timely basis
Monitor progress of project milestones / activities to ensure a clear and timely communication and reporting to all stakeholders
Support Project Management Office (PMO) activities, including preparation of management reports
Ideal candidates are expected to possess:
Degree holder in Business, Information Technology, Financial or related disciplines
With at least 4 years relevant working experience within the Banking industry (preferably in a Corporate Bank, Investment Bank or Private Bank)
Knowledge of project management methodologies, governance and processes
Prior experience in project management / project management office (PMO) support / business analysis of projects with different level of complexity
Knowledge and / or experience in any of the following applications / domain would be an advantage: Avaloq, TAP, Summit, SWIFT, RTGS, loan/deposit, internet banking, regulatory reporting, IT Compliance
Team player, able to multi-task and possess initiative
Good communication skills and proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
