香港警務處成立之「守網者」網站推出「防騙視伏器」(Scameter) 搜尋工具及「防騙視伏 App」手機應用程式，協助公眾辨識詐騙及網絡陷阱。
公眾如遇可疑來電、網購賣家、交友邀請、招聘廣告、投資網站，均可利用「防騙視伏器」搜尋引擎或「防騙視伏 App」輸入相關平台帳戶名稱或號碼、收款帳戶、電話號碼、電郵地址、網址等，以評估詐騙及網絡安全風險。公眾也可前往https://cyberdefender.hk/scameter/查看更多反詐騙資訊。
The “Scameter“ website established by the Hong Kong Police Force has launched the “Scameter“ search tool and the “Scameter App“ mobile application to help the public identify scams and online traps.
If the public encounters any suspicious calls, online phishing, suspicious friendship invitations, advertisements on job hunting, or investment websites that may contain suspected frauds, they can use the "Anti-Fraud Device" search engine or the "Anti-Fraud Apps" to enter the relevant account names or numbers, payment accounts, phone numbers, email addresses, website addresses, etc. to assess potential fraud and cybersecurity risks. The public can also go to https://cyberdefender.hk/scameter/ to see more anti-fraud information.
