本行全新「電子通知書」(e-Advice)服務已於2024年1月22日推出,此服務將提供以電郵形式自動寄送「電子通知書」取代紙本郵寄,減少紙張消耗,為保護地球資源出一份力。

適用對象
本行公司客戶(現行未提供個人客戶及私人財富管理客戶申請)

適用電子通知書交易類別範圍
- 銀行月結單
- 存款轉帳(轉出/轉入)
- 匯出匯款
- 匯入匯款
未來會持續增加更多電子通知書類別,敬請留意本行官網相關公告。

- 節省空間,輕鬆查閱:自您的「電子通知書」(e-advice)服務申請生效日起,即可透過電郵接收銀行月結單及交易電子通知書並將之下載,讓您無須儲存及整理大量紙本通知書。

The new e-Advice service is launched on 2024/1/22. The new e-Advice service will automatically send "e-Advices" in electronic form via email instead of paper mailing to reduce paper consumption and protect natural resources.

Applicable Accounts
Corporate customers; Individual customers and private wealth management customers are currently not eligible for the e-Advice service.

- Deposit settlement advice/ withdrawal settlement advice
- Outward remittance advice
- Inward remittance advice

Starting from the effective date of your e-Advice service application, you are able to receive your bank statements and transaction advice via email and download them, so that you do not need to store and organize a large amount of paper notice.
