Senior Associate, Assistant Relationship Manager – Private Banking

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, check and review loan documents • Perform second level checking of LC documents • Check terms and conditions of loan documents and drawdown letters, disburse loans • Prepare collateral report and monitor collateral • Identify documentation and workflow deficiencies, report and follow-up • Liaise with head office, Relationship Mangers and other departments • Provide administrative support and other duties as assigned

Ideal candidates should possess:

• Degree holder or equivalent • Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience in trade & loans operations • Good knowledge of processing bilateral, syndicated loans and LC documents checking • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin • Detail oriented, ability to work under pressure and multi-task • Team spirit, good interpersonal, communications and organization skill • Good command of English and Chinese, including Mandarin & Cantonese
