• Prepare and review facility and security documentation
• Prepare, check, review and comment on loan documents
• Follow up precedent/subsequent loan conditions, financial covenants, etc.
• Identify documentation and workflow deficiencies, report and follow-up
• Check terms and conditions of loan documents and drawdown letters, disburse loans
• Prepare collateral report and monitor collateral
• Identify documentation and workflow deficiencies, report and follow-up
• Participate and contribute to projects and conduct UAT
• Prepare, review and update SOP
Ideal candidates should possess:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic qualification
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Credit Administration, with well qualified supervisory experience
• Relevant working experience in Loan and Trade operations would be an advantage
• Knowledge of processing bilateral loans, syndicated loans, Lombard lending, etc., especially in areas of banking practice and legal aspects
• Positive attitude and team spirit
• Good communication and organization skills
• Proficiency in MS Office application like WORD and EXCEL
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
