Please note that in an effort to serve our Customers better, Cathay United Bank (Singapore Branch) (the “Bank”) has engaged DocuSign, Inc. (the “Service Provider”) to provide an application, system and platform to enable our Customers to access Electronic Records and to utilize the Service Provider’s Electronic Signature Service to sign or execute certain relevant Bank Documents. These are generally application forms and ancillary documents.
In connection with such services provided by the Service Provider on behalf of the Bank, emails and other forms of electronic communications may be sent from the Service Provider to you from time to time.
Please note that such emails or electronic communications would be sent from the Service Provider to you only using any of the following domain names:
In the event of any change to the domain names or email addresses of the Service Provider, the Bank would notify our Customers and update the above-mentioned domain names accordingly.
Please beware of any scams, phishing and other online frauds and verify the domain names and email address of the Service Provider carefully. Scammers often mimic legitimate domain names or email addresses by creating domain names or email addresses very similar to legitimate domain names or email addresses using various techniques (including but not limited to replacing an alphabet with a similar looking alphabet or number, creating underscores in-between domain names etc.).
When in doubt, kindly verify the validity of the content received by contacting the Bank.
