根據香港通訊事務管理局辦公室實施的電話智能卡實名登記制，未完成實名制登記的香港電話儲值卡將於2023年2月23日後失效，不能使用。
如閣下於本分行登記的聯絡電話號碼為香港電話儲值卡號碼，請盡快與電訊商完成實名登記，或更新紀錄於本分行的聯絡號碼。否則，將影響閣下收取本分行電話或短訊通知，或使用其他相關服務。

According to The Real-name Registration Programme for Subscriber Identification Module (SIM) Cards implemented by the Office of the Communications Authority of Hong Kong, any unregistered Hong Kong pre-paid SIM (PPS) cards cannot be used after 23 Feb 2023.
If you are using a Hong Kong PPS card as your contact number with us, please complete the real-name registration with your telecommunications service provider as soon as possible, or update the contact number in our record. Otherwise, you may not be able to receive phone calls and SMS messages from our bank or enjoy other relevant services from us.
