按香港存款保障委員會公佈，由2024年10月1日起，每位存款人於本行持有之支票帳戶或儲蓄帳戶的存款或年期不多於五年的定期存款或擔保/抵押存款為合資格存款，存款之保障額將由HK$500,000提高至HKD800,000。
According to the announcement of HONG KONG DEPOSIT PROTECTION BOARD, each depositor who places eligible deposits with our Bank in his/her/its current accounts and/or saving accounts or as time deposits with a term not more than 5 years or as secured/pledged deposits shall be subject to a protection from HK$500,000 to HK$800,000, will be effective on 1 October 2024.
